This podcast features a guest that I admire more than any other: my dad. Alcoholism aside, he has taught me a great deal and led me through life by example. One of his many pieces of wisdom (told to me circa mid-90’s): “Shug, for every person that thinks you’re a cool dude, assume there are two others that think you’re an idiot”.

He is a recovering alcoholic, who now works as a volunteer for the Welsh Centre for Action on Dependency and Addiction – WCADA.
